These terms cover buying and returning Gushy merch, like tees, hats and hoodies, on this website. By placing a merch order, you agree to them.

Gushy is a licensed medical cannabis brand in Oklahoma. This website never sells, takes payment for or ships cannabis. Our pre-rolls and gummies are available only at licensed dispensaries in Oklahoma, so find a retailer to see where.

Wholesale orders from licensed dispensaries are handled separately and are not covered by these terms.

You must be 21 or older to place a merch order. The site asks you to confirm your age before you enter.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 and that the details you give us, like your name and shipping address, are accurate. We may cancel any order that does not meet these terms.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout, and sales tax is added where it applies. You see your order total before you pay.

We may cancel an order before it ships, for example if an item sells out, a price was listed by mistake or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.

Colors and details can look a little different from screen to screen, and merch is available while supplies last.

Merch is paid for by card at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store your full card number.

If a payment is declined, reversed or disputed, we may hold or cancel the order until it is sorted out.

We ship merch worldwide, wherever our carriers deliver, with carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout.

International buyers pay any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or in the shipping and handling charge.

You can return merch within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

To start a return, email support@shopgushy.com with your order number and the item you want to send back. We will reply with return instructions.

Once we receive and check your return, we send the refund to your original payment method.

As far as the law allows, the most Gushy is responsible for on any merch order is the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. This does not take away any consumer rights that the law does not let us limit.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

The terms posted when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
