This policy explains what information Gushy collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this site, including our forms, email sign-up and merch shop.

Gushy is a licensed medical cannabis brand in Oklahoma. This website does not sell cannabis, and we do not ask for medical records or patient license details here.

We are based in Oklahoma, in the United States. If you contact us or order from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to the United States.

Information you give us. When you sign up for our emails, send a message through the contact form or send a wholesale inquiry, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. Wholesale inquiries can also include business details like your store name, city and license status. If you text or call our support line, we receive your phone number and your messages.

Merch orders. When you buy merch, we receive your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store your full card number.

Wholesale accounts. When a licensed dispensary sets up a wholesale account with us, we collect business details such as the business name, license information, contact names and delivery address.

Collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools receive basic technical information, such as your browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you and an approximate location based on your IP address.

We use your information to answer your messages and support requests, send the emails you signed up for, and process, ship and support your merch orders, returns and exchanges.

For businesses, we use it to review wholesale inquiries, set up and manage wholesale accounts, and stay in touch about orders.

We also use it to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, to keep the site and our customers safe, to prevent fraud and to meet our legal obligations.

We send marketing emails only to people who signed up for them, and every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe.

When you confirm that you are 21 or older, your browser saves that choice in local storage under the name gushy_age_verified_v1, so you are not asked again on every visit. It stays on your device, contains no personal information and is not sent to us.

When we add Google Analytics or an Instagram feed, those services use their own cookies, described in the next section.

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them, but you will be asked to confirm your age again.

We are adding Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they use. Once it is on, it uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on the site, device type and approximate location. We look at this information in summary form and do not use it to identify you.

Google handles this information under the Google privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any website with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We also plan to show posts from our Instagram account on the homepage. When we do, Instagram (Meta), or the service that loads the feed, may set cookies and collect information about your visit, especially if you are logged in to Instagram. See the Instagram privacy policy for details.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the business, and only for that work. These include our website host, email provider, payment processor, the team that prints and ships our merch, shipping carriers and analytics provider. Google and Instagram also follow their own privacy policies, linked above.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of Gushy, our customers or others, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any marketing email, or by emailing support@shopgushy.com.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@shopgushy.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records when the law requires it, such as order and tax records. Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may give you more rights, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.

You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser, block analytics cookies, or use the Google Analytics opt-out described above. Google and Instagram may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages and inquiries are kept while we help you and for a reasonable time after. Order and account records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to the people who need it. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.

No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you think your information has been put at risk, please contact us right away.

This website is only for adults 21 and older, and every visitor is asked to confirm their age before entering. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, email support@shopgushy.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or tools to the site. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will post a clear notice on this site.
