Gushy pre-rolls and live resin gummies are never sold, mailed or shipped through this website, to any address.

Our cannabis products are available only at licensed dispensaries in Oklahoma. Find a retailer to see where.

Wholesale orders from licensed dispensaries are handled separately and are never mailed or sent by parcel carrier.

We ship merch worldwide, wherever our carriers deliver, with carriers such as USPS and UPS. The shipping and handling cost for your address is shown at checkout.

International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer, usually when the package is delivered, and are not included in our prices or in the shipping and handling charge.

Some countries restrict cannabis-related merchandise, so please check your local import rules before you order.

Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change where it goes.

Processing time depends on the item, and delivery time depends on the carrier and where your order is going.

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation, with tracking when the carrier provides it. If your order is going to take longer than expected, we will let you know.

Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout, based on where your order is going and what is in it. You see the exact amount before you pay.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are separate from shipping and handling and are paid by the buyer.

You can return merch within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

To start a return, email support@shopgushy.com with your order number and the item you want to send back. We will reply with return instructions.

Once we receive and check your return, we send the refund to your original payment method.
